The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021 was signed into law by President Joe Biden on March 11, 2021. The Act provides $65.1 billion in COVID-19 fiscal relief grants to county governments across the county. These once-in-a-generation funds can be used in a variety of ways.
