Description: The bill makes a number of changes to how state agencies may issue notice requirements and how they may store information. Among the changes that pertain to county entities are allowing a board of county commissioners of a county solid waste management district to submit a report of fees and accounts to the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency in any manner prescribed by the Director of OEPA, rather than solely by computer disk.
