Description: The bill authorizes boards of county commissioners to place an adult-use marijuana excise tax on the ballot, to be levied in increments of 0.25% up to a maximum rate of 3.00%. Revenue from the tax would be used for funding cultural, artistic, and entertainment opportunities in the county.
