Description: The bill would alter the vote threshold needed for a property tax levy to pass based on the amount of millage sought by the levy.

If the levy seeks less than one mill, the vote threshold would be unchanged (50%+1).

If the levy seeks between one mill and two mills, the vote threshold would be 60%+1.

If the levy seeks more than two mills, the vote threshold would be 66%+1.
