Provide regular loss control consultation visits with CORSA member counties and agencies. Emphasis on law enforcement and jail liability.
Review losses, policies and procedures to identify trends
Identify loss potential and propose risk control solutions to correct deficiencies

Experience and Personal:

Native of Muskingum County and current resident of Delaware County
Began Law Enforcement career in 1978
Over 46 years total law enforcement experience at Muskingum and Warren County Sheriff’s Offices
16 years as Warren County Sheriff
Associates Degree in Criminal Justice
Graduate of the FBI National Academy
