Description: The bill exempts certain purchases by logistics businesses from the sales tax. This includes:

Transporting completed products from where they were manufactured to where they will be sold at retail.
Transporting general merchandise or grocery products from one location within a distribution facility to another location within the facility.
Powering or charging tangible personal property used to support either of the above.

The Legislative Service Commission was unable to estimate the fiscal impact of the bill.
