Description: The bill creates an additional retirement plan option for individuals in the Ohio Public Employee Retirement System, Law Enforcement (OPERS LE) system by creating a deferred retirement option.

County employees who are members of OPERS LE are sheriffs, deputy sheriffs, county narcotics agents, and bailiffs or constables deputized by a county sheriff.
