Description: The bill makes changes to the procedures and establishes new requirements for recovery of unpaid rents and charges by municipal corporation utility, sewerage, and disposal services.

The bill exempts like services provided by counties from the provisions of the bill.

CCAO Position: CCAO worked to ensure counties were not in the scope of a similar bill in the 135th General Assembly and will work to ensure the exemption for counties remains a part of the bill.
