Description: The bill includes election officials in the definition of designated public service workers for the purpose of nondisclosure of information on public records. This includes members of a board of elections, the director and deputy director of a board of elections, and any full-time employees of a board of elections.

The information that cannot be disclosed for these officials includes their residential address, phone number, and Social Security number, among others.
