Description: The bill makes a number of changes to eviction and building inspection law. For counties, the main change in the bill regarding property conveyances.

The bill requires that if the buyer of real property is not a natural person, they must designate a natural person as an owner or agent for matters related to the conveyance. This is a measure intended to bring some transparency to real estate transactions involving LLCs.
