Description: The bill allows delivery network services to apply for a waiver to not be considered as a marketplace seller and thus be subject to certain provisions of the state sales and use tax law. 

Examples of delivery network services include the meal delivery services DoorDash and GrubHub and shopping delivery services such as Instacart and Shipt.
