Description: The bill allows county clerks of courts of common pleas to offer physical inspections of vehicles when the owner of the vehicle applies for a title. The bill also authorizes clerks to charge a $5 service fee for the inspection, in line with what a deputy registrar or dealer may charge for the inspection.

The bill does not state what fund any revenue from the $5 service fee would be deposited into.
