Description: The bill requires public bodies establish rules to permit members of the public to comment or testify about matters of public concern. The public body may establish reasonable restrictions regarding time limits on comment/testimony periods.

The bill also prohibits state funds from being used in a contract to support certain organizations that monitor misinformation.
