Description: The bill prohibits state agencies, townships, or counties from restricting the use or sale of a motor vehicle based on the energy source used to power the vehicle.

The bill also expands the definition of "infrastructure development" in the law governing infrastructure development riders to include constructing, upgrading, extending, or any other investment in natural gas company transmission or distribution facilities.
