Status: 1st Hearing in House Government Oversight Committee (June 6, 2023)

Description: The bill prohibits municipalities and charter counties from imposing a curfew, unless the curfew is only for those individuals under the age of 18 or in response to a clear and present emergency (as defined by the legislative authority of the municipality or charter county).
