Status: 2nd hearing in House Government Oversight Committee (March 21, 2023)

Description: The bill moves Ohio's presidential primary from the third Tuesday after the first Monday in March to the first Tuesday after the first Monday in May. This would move the presidential primary date to the same date as primary elections held in non-presidential years.
