Description: The bill transfers oversight of Ohio's Wild, Scenic, and Recreational Rivers Program from one division of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources to another and codifies existing practice that the Department's authority to regulate waterways so designated is limited to only to the waterway and adjacent lands owned by the department. It does not grant the program any regulatory authority over private lands adjacent to designated waterways.
