Description: The bill exempts noncommercial seed sharing from laws requiring labelling, permitting, inspection, advertising, and sales reporting if it meets certain conditions. The bill also harmonizes the list of weeds that managers or superintendents of toll roads, railroads, or electric railways must remove with the list of those that must be removed from other roads and road right-of-ways.
