Description: The bill primarily makes day designations related to agriculture. In the Senate Committee process, the bill was amended to allow political subdivisions to regulate pesticides on private property if the regulation is limited to the subdivision's public water system protection area and if the area is delineated under the Ohio EPA's Source Water Assessment and Protection program.
