Description: The bill allows for a presumption that certain vehicles and trailers will be primarily used in agriculture when the purchaser provides three years of filed federal farm profit and loss forms.

The bill does not create a new sales tax exemption, but rather alters the administration method of existing exemptions on farming equipment.
