Description: The bill makes changes regarding child support for individuals with a disability. These changes include allowing child support orders for such individuals to continue beyond when the individual reaches the age of 18, allows child support enforcement agencies to file an action in court for the support of a person with a disability, and allows the court to issue or modify a child support order for a child with a disability as part of a marriage termination proceeding, along with other changes.
