Description: The bill allows for the sealing or expungement of criminal records pertaining to charges that were dismissed due to successful completion of an intervention plan.

The bill also allows a clerk of court to spend certain fees charged by the court to provide for the computerization of the court or clerk's office, or for computerized legal research services. Additionally, in circumstances where there is a declared surplus of these funds, the clerk may use the funds on other appropriate expenses.
