Description: The bill allows that, if a penalty, forfeiture, or punishment for any offense is reduced by a change to the Revised Code or the Ohio Constitution, an offender who seeks to reduce the penalty, forfeiture, or punishment to conform with the modifications may apply to the court in which imposed the penalty for the reduction.
