Description: The bill creates a pilot program to provide grant funding for the provision of remote opioid use disorder treatment, specifically through the use of methadone. The grant program is only open to opioid treatment programs licensed by the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (the licensing process is unchanged by the bill).
