Status: 5th Hearing in House Families and Aging Committee (May 14, 2024)

Description: The bill establishes a state policy regarding the allocation of parental rights and responsibilities when the parents of a child have legally separated, divorced, annulled their marriage, or when the parents were unmarried. The bill requires each court of common pleas to adopt rules regarding standard parenting time guidelines and to compile annual reports of data regarding the division of parenting time.
