At its 2026 Annual Meeting, CEBCO recognized Athens County Commissioner Lenny Eliason for his service to the consortium ahead of his retirement at the end of 2026. Commissioner Eliason helped found CEBCO and served on the CEBCO Board for more than 20 years, including five years as Board President. Thank you for your service to Athens County and your leadership on the CEBCO Board, Commissioner Eliason!
