Various Ohio counties are seeking proposals for electric supplies to their individual locations through the County Commissioners’ Association of Ohio Service Corporation (CCAOSC) Energy Program. Palmer Energy Company, acting as the energy consultant for the CCAOSC collectively and the counties, is issuing this Request for Proposal for third party power supplies. This RFP encompasses 63 Program Participants with accounts categorized into three groups, as detailed in the documents below.
