Description: The bill requires the Secretary of State to compare information between the Statewide Voter Registration Database, the Bureau of Motor Vehicle's database, and the Social Security Administration's database to identify voter registration records that are missing information or have outdated information. Any voter records missing information or with outdated information are sent to the applicable county board of elections which then sends a confirmation notice to the applicable electors.

Electors with incomplete or missing information must vote by provisional ballot with the elector providing the missing or outdated information within four days of the election.
