Description: The bill extends the definition of "designated public service workers" to include election officials for the purposes of the law that exempts such workers' residential and familial information from being disclosed as a public record.
Under the scope of the bill, "election officials" includes members of county boards of elections, the director and deputy director of the county boards, employees of the boards (full-time, part-time, and temporary), and pollworkers.
