Description: The bill levies a tax on owners of 50 or more single-family, two-family, or three-family dwelling in any single county of $1,500 per taxable house, per month. The revenue from the tax would be deposited into a new fund, which would distribute half of the revenue to the Low- and Moderate-income Housing Trust Fund and half to the Local Government Fund.
