Description: The bill allows the General Assembly to disapprove, via the adoption of a concurrent resolution, any agreement entered into by the Governor or the Director of Job and Family Services to implement a voluntary program concerning unemployment. If the General Assembly disapproves, the Governor or Director must rescind the agreement.

Other Notes: The Legislative Service Commission notes that due to the Ohio Constitution specifying that "The General Assembly shall enact no law except by bill," Senate Bill 31, if enacted, may be subject to constitutional challenge.
