Description: The bill authorizes an individual who is in default on child support payments to present evidence to a child support enforcement agency that a driver's license suspension would hinder their ability to pay child support or its arrearage.
The bill also allows such an individual to petition a court for limited driving privileges in all circumstances, not just during contempt proceedings as under current law.
