Step into the sparkle of the 2025 Winter Conference! ❄️ This season, let your organization shine by showcasing your latest innovations and accomplishments. Just like a flurry of snowflakes, the networking possibilities are endless—each one a chance to connect, collaborate, and celebrate. Don’t miss your moment to be part of the warmth and wonder at our 145th Annual Winter Conference.
⛄✨Put on your creative mittens and help us once again transform the exhibit hall into a festive winter escape! Bring the magic to life by decorating your booth with a winter theme and help make the trade show floor a place of excitement and inspiration.
Attendees will get to vote for the best-decorated (Best of Show) booth. If your booth wins, you get a free exhibit booth for our 2026 conference. The Winner will be announced via the conference app following the Ice Cream social.
Need ideas:
Do you work with snow equipment? How about a snowflake or snowman-themed booth?
Do you fix roofs? Get up on the house top with a Santa theme or get those gingerbread house themes going.
Utility company? Light up your booth with decorations!
Pipes and drainage? Candy canes and hot cocoa may do the trick.
Can’t find a reference that matches your company, that’s ok too! Decorate as you want!
