Additional Exhibitors - $150.00 (includes all meals). All Additional Exhibitors must be part of an existing Exhibitor Registration. CEAO has the authority to modify registrations that have been incorrectly entered.

What’s Included in your Exhibitor Registration?

  • Registration includes both indoor and outdoor display areas.
  • Trade Show mini-session—During our last session, exhibitors will have a few minutes to introduce themselves and their company.
  • Exhibitor Registration is for 1-company representative and includes all meals (lunch, dinner, reception, and breakfast).

  • Additional Exhibitors can be registered for $150 each (including all meals) by adding them to your online registration. All Additional Exhibitors must be part of an existing Exhibitor Registration. CEAO has the authority to modify registrations that have been incorrectly entered.

  • One 6’ x 30” display table with chair for Indoor Trade Show & Reception.

  • Your company name listed on the conference app.

Optional: At the end of the Reception with Exhibitors we will hold an attendee raffle. If you would like to contribute a raffle item to add to the fun, please let us know. Items should be de minimis.  

*The earlier you set up your indoor table the more exposure you receive. At Cherry Valley, the indoor trade show is in the same place as lunch and dinner. You’ll be dining with the attendees.

Check-in time is 4:00pm.

Rooms may sell out prior to that date, so don't wait to book. To receive our group rate, please be sure to book by April 7, 2025. Room rates are available first come first serve. Rates may increase once the block is full.


Event Cancellation Policy:  Any changes to your registration must be made in writing via email to info@ceao.org before no refunds after that date.  If you have paid by credit card, a $50 credit card processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. No refunds after April 18. No shows will be billed.
